Joei was an amazing waitress! She was patient, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I ordered the Grilled Salmon and it wasn't seasoned good enough for me. I requested butter sauce and she also recommended garlic sauce which was very kind of her. Needless to say, neither sauce made the salmon better. I spoke with a manager and she enthusiastically replaced my meal with a new one, recommending that I have my salmon blackened. They had my entire meal remade and it was perfect! On May 20, 2023, my family and I dined at Longhorn Steakhouse located at 9401 Katy Fwy, Houston, Texas 77024. This traditional American steakhouse served us the best steak we have ever had, earning a five-star rating for the quality of the meat. The baked potato was wonderful and delicious, and the bread was hot and tasty. The service was absolutely lovely, with helpful and friendly staff. We have always loved this place. For vegetarian options, they offer baked potatoes with cheese and onions, as well as cream cheese.
My experience at this location was very horrible. I ordered the ribeye steak medium well and extra seasoning and I got a steak not seasoned at all .Then they tried to cook me another one and it came back to the table burned and over cooked it was passed well done and it was so dry I had a hard time trying to even cut it and the Mac and cheese was not cooked enough it was watery the cheese sauce was thin the bread crumbs was burned and the whole dinner was a disaster.Will never go to this location again .

We came to celebrate our moms birthday , The server was really good , the problem was i ordered a Medium steak and it turned out medium well , they took it back and i told them i will like med Rare … well it wasnt med rare it was medium well again . I end up taking my food togo , i wasnt happy with the food . If the chef is not sure about temperatures , they should keep a thermometer in the kitchen .
I tried this restaurant for the first time and was very impressed. The chicken fried steak was well seasoned and tender, the broccoli was fresh and flavorful, and the baked potato was a generous portion. The waitress was friendly and I will definitely be returning. I recommend asking for Kelsey during lunch, as she is very nice.

Best longhorn steakhouse near me. I recommend it highly. We had the chopped steak and mashed potatoes and the renegade sirloin and grilled shrimp with a loaded baked potato. Excellent.
