My husband and I knew nothing about this restaurant except what we read on Trip Advisor a few minutes before we chose it. It was truly one of the best meals we've ever had. The fried artichoke hearts were light with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and were amazing! He had a steak that was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and I had the Brie and candied bacon pizza that was absolutely incredible. Well worth the wait! There was a great selection of drinks, and the atmosphere was relaxed and beautiful. Our server was attentive and very sweet. The owner visited our table and we noticed he visited quite a few others. It was a nice touch. Highly, highly recommend this place!
We arrived in Thunder Bay late in the evening and took Trip Advisor's advice in restaurants. We were not disappointed! The steak was cooked to perfection and the veal piccata was delicious. Although the locale around the restaurant was a bit seedy, inside the restaurant was modern and cool with an interesting flame by the bar.Because an enthusiastic group had come in after an event, the restaurant was really noisy. The unusual ceiling reflected the noise and conversation was impossible. Probably this is not usually as much of a problem.It was busy and it was a long time before our dinner arrived, but service was friendly and efficient. The food was worth the wait!
Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante dopo aver visto le recensioni positive e in effetti non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Menù molto vario (carne, pesce, pasta, pizza, verdura, etc) cucinato benissimo! Personale molto gentile e prezzi nella media. L'unica pecca, un'attesa un po' troppo lunga per avere i nostri piatti...ma forse era solo una "giornata no". Mente aspettavamo ci hanno portato dei pezzi di focaccia con un olio aromatizzato (molto buono!). Se torneremo qui, sicuramente ci verremo ancora!
Lott 66 is by far the best dining out spot in Thunder bay! From oysters and fried chicken to a famous Cesar salad and steak. The atmosphere is great any night of the week and is perfect for a family party or a night out with friends. If anyone ever asks I always send them in chef Mikes direction. Never disappointed in Lot 66. Fantastic dishes, friendly and attentive staff. Whether you are meeting friends after work for drinks and appetizers or going for a full dinner, you will have a dining experience which will leave you so satisfied you will be returning again and again.
Recently attended a group,gathering at this north side restaurant and enjoyed delicious appetizers, pizza, beer and wine. Our group took over half the restaurant but they also have a separate room for smaller, private gatherings. Good,location with plenty of parking nearby.
A mouth watering, tantalizing meal. We are never disappointed in this dish. Served with perfect roasted baby potatoes or garlic mashed it's a 10+. The staff are always courteous and knowledgable with which wines to compliment any of the signature dishes on the menu. Glenda
