This was the 4th time here! The first two times were ok. The third time they didn't have salad or voodoo pasta..this 4th time was terrible. We walked in and got sat at a dirty table..took the waitress 20+min to greet us and clean our table. Then they were out of voodoo pasta again.. I ordered a steak sandwich and my boyfriend ordered a chicken and macaroni dish. Both were trash! Mines was burnt his looked like something off the kids menu!it took the waitress another 10-15 mins to come back to our table..and we then complained... I thank the manager for coming out and apologizing,but this was totally unacceptable.. We will never go back here ..Don't Recommend
My friend and I arrived around 10 p.m. on a friday night. It took, not even kidding, 20 minutes before we were even greeted by a server. I ordered the chicken nachos which consisted of about 4 chips with anything on them and my friend ordered the jalapeño honey boneless wings. We received our food and she had completely plain chicken with ranch and my nachos were just sad. Not to mention, our server never checked on us once. To have to pay about $50 for this pathetic meal is just disappointing. As a server myself, it was frustrating to have such terrible food and service all around.
The staff was very nice and the facility was clean, food was limited because they was low on stock. I am usually not that picky about that because a lot of places are. It was just “very” limited and lots of “I am sorry”, and pricy for what they did have. They did however have vegan options as I am trying to keep eggs and milk products out of my diet due to medical issues. That is why they got 4 stars.
the place was very busy and the staff was amazing! drinks were very good and tasteful eating was also amazing. the atmosphere has broken! for a business trip and this place has been recommended to us all. we were all very happy with this place! if they ever have in st. charleston, that was one when many cool spots have a good time.
