Hello! Do you enjoy ice cream? How about ice pops or banana splits? In my opinion, Louie's is the best ice cream shop around. Our family loves to stop by Louie's after biking on the nearby trail. They offer a wide variety of flavors, including chocolate and vanilla, and their banana splits are really generous! I also really like their Italian ice. When you visit Louie's, you can sit outside, and there are shady spots behind the shop where you can enjoy your ice cream under a tree. Kids, make sure to ask your parents to take you to Louie's! It’s the absolute best! This review was shared with me by my 7-year-old son, who wrote it for his elementary school assignment.
I really enjoy their ice cream but the inconsistency in the amount of ice cream they give but yet want to charge an arm and a leg for a regular size cup is comical. I always am given so little ice cream yet charged an insane amount. Prices are also always inconsistent when I order the same thing- the workers are all young kids who never seem to know how to do their job. Quite unfortunate for a place who serves delicious tasting ice cream.
Erin was a great scooper! She was kind and answered all our ice cream questions. I appreciated how she served us with a smile. Louie's has a nice, family-friendly atmosphere on the patio. We had no problem finding an open picnic table, despite the steady stream of customers!Looking forward to returning for more ice cream soon.
4:30pm ordered soft pineapple. The lady told they didn't turn the machine on so I had to wait. They open at 12pm and until 4:30pm she didn't find time to turn it on? Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait, so 1 star from me

Love this place! Living in the Northern Valley for 25 years, I never knew this place existed until I ran into them at the Italian feast in Rockland county. Louise is definitely on my summer ice cream rotation now!
This ice cream shop offers a great selection at reasonable prices. There's plenty of parking and seating available for customers. It's a lovely place to visit on a summer night with the family.
Always good with the kids. Coconut soft serving is the best. Black cherry is also great. Soft food and Italian ice cream mixed is a real treat on the hot day. Only cash.
What a fantastic little ice cream shop! The portions are enormous, and surprisingly, it’s cheaper than getting a cone from a Mr. Softee truck! Can you believe it? Lol.

My favorite ice cream shop in all of Rockland County. They have so many hard ice cream flavors. Then the soft serve i swear is real ice cream not the fake stuff.
