Food was fantastic. Server was also fantastic and knowledgeable guiding us from appetizer and salad pairing to choosing the best Pino noir to have with our short ribs. Spot on perfect. The chef explained his preparation of his short ribs and how he removed the bones, fat and gristle leaving only the perfectly cooked meat. Delicious

John and Irina have created the most unique dining experience in Houston. Personal touches, and attention to all the details to make your dining experience the BEST! You are never rushed, the food is delicious due to the culinary skills of John and Irina both! We have dined all over Houston but Lucio’s remains our favorite!!

Unlike some byob’s, Lucios delivers with high quality food. The lamb chops might be the best in town and chef John always has something special like the berundi with crab risotto last night. Irenia always has yummy deserts with her own apple pie worth the price of admission. No corkage on Wednesdays!

I haven’t been to Lucio’s in a few years, but still a favorite. Intimate, no frills, yet a great vibe for dining and enjoying your personal wine. The food was excellent and presented at the right temp for maximum culinary flavors and enjoyment.

Always terrific. We had the rib eye and the halibut. Both were excellent. The service, as always was terrific. We’ll be back soon.
