I have been doing business with them for several years. I usually ordered Saturday and Sunday. Recently I have been ordering more frequently with delivery because of illness. Orders have not been good. Orders have been incomplete, cold etc. I called to discuss issues and I have been yelled at, rudely spoken to and hung up on by a very arrogant employee. She handled my last order (I could identify her voice). My order came; no one knocked on my door to notify me of delivery as they always do, thus my dinner Sat on a cold slab between my doors. I have been a loyal customer for over two years, ordering from this restaurant every Friday. However, after tonight, I will never order from them again. They sent the wrong food, which I discovered my child is allergic to. When I called to resolve the issue, the cashier on duty on September 1, 2024, at 8 PM was completely unhelpful. Not only did they not know how to issue a refund, but they also audaciously hung up on me. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Whoever was responsible should be fired immediately. You've lost a loyal customer for good, and I won’t hesitate to warn everyone I know to avoid this restaurant. Terrible service and a horrible experience—never again.

The grilled chicken cheesesteaks are incredible! I was so grateful to find this place open late yesterday after being discharged from Jeanes Hospital around 10 PM without having eaten most of the day. They also have a cozy outdoor dining area, which is fantastic for those of us who are immunocompromised. I will definitely be coming back more often!

I got pizza from this place twice and it was sub-par even for the neighborhood that it’s in. I gave it a second go because it wasn’t terrible and felt it was worth another shot. The second time was worse than the first so yeah, there’s that. When the kids tell you it’s not good, it’s not good lol. At least I gave them a shot Reserva una mesa ahora

Called to order take out....was asked if it was pick up or delivery....delivery.....was put on hold for 9 minutes and 46 seconds. I called back.....was told hold .......was put on hold for another 6 minutes and 13 seconds. Your food is good.....perhaps some phone etiquette is in order??????

Ordered 1st time. Nice phone person. Pizza came with meat slid off to one side. The dough was chewy like eating rubber. I even tried crisping the bottom on a pan but still couldn’t get through this tough chewy pizza. So disappointed.
