This restaurant is a fantastic addition to this dull town! Finally, something with character has opened up. If you appreciate a comfortable and chic (but not dull) atmosphere, you'll adore the stylish black lacquered ceiling and beautiful bar. The tables are nicely spaced apart, allowing for a somewhat private dining experience. Our server, Geneviève, was exceptional: professional, attentive, and friendly. The wine selection is well-curated (a must, thank you!) and the menu emphasizes farm-to-table dishes with a focus on seasonal vegetables.
This restaurant is a gem in a dull town! Finally, something with character has opened up! If you appreciate a cozy, elegant (but not dull) atmosphere, you'll adore the black lacquered ceiling, beautiful bar, and well-spaced tables perfect for an intimate dinner. Our server Genevieve was fantastic: she was professional, attentive, and had a lively personality. The wine list was well-curated and the menu focused on seasonal vegetables from local farms. A must-visit spot!
The service is impeccable. We have been served many times by Serge, he is an A1 server. The food is by far the best in town in addition to their ecological methods which make them the greenest restaurant in Canada, which is not nothing! Picked from the greenhouses of the restaurant, we can not find fresher even by making it ourselves. We have a mandate to return there in all seasons when the menu changes.
We had an exceptional couple's evening… perfect food from A to Z, freshness and quality are there.. The atmosphere is warm and what can we say about the service of our server Serge….professional, welcoming and super friendly . Really a high quality server!!! Wonderful welcome and warm service in an old house with magnificent decor. The team seems very happy there.We appreciated each of the services of the signature and pesco-vegetarian discovery menus that we were able to share.A restaurant that inspires with its top-of-the-range service, its relaxed atmosphere, its charcoal cooking and its environmental values.
It is rare that we really appreciate a restaurant, but this one is a real pearl! Charming atmosphere, very warm and professional service, thoughtful and well-crafted menu; a perfect recipe! Feel free to sit at the bar; the kitchen view is an experience in itself. This restaurant will definitely come to our mind when wondering where to eat tonight. THANKS!
