Wow! Roll your eyes in complete culinary savory deliciousness kind of experience. It was my first time eating from Mama Pho, I ordered the #4 lunch special, you gotta order your chicken flavored rice...don 't let the orange color turn you off, I feel the oranger the color the better the flavor. It came in a plate with a touch of flavored tofu and a small salad and my own spring rolls. More food than I anticipated and every bit delicious. My wife ordered the spicy beef pho with egg noodles, don 't forge the side of French bread to soak up all the soup. It was so good, not too spicy for my taste buds but the free garlic sauce and Sriracha can kick up the spice anti for sure. You have to order...

When my daughter is at Ala Moana craving Pho, she likes to visit Mama Phở, located on the top floor next to CPK and Tanaka of Tokyo. When I joined her, I found their menu quite limited, lacking many traditional Vietnamese dishes that I enjoy. However, their vermicelli with spicy beef soup was flavorful. I was disappointed with their spring rolls—they didn’t provide enough lettuce per roll, no mint or basil, and their Nước chấm dipping sauce was watery. I personally prefer Pho Saigon, just a block away on Kapiolani Blvd. Overall: Food: Value: Menu: Limited selections Ambiance: Service: Parking: Recommended Order: - Vermicelli with spicy beef soup B - Chicken Pho A (my daughter's...

As I sit here with my family, I'm debating whether I can give this place more credit. Though, I think it's honestly fair to say that it's not really on my recommendation list.We had came in and beat the lunch rush for the most part, only 4 tables were seated when we came in. Made our orders and here comes the bad parts.1. Water came out with a stain on the cup which I found pretty nasty.2. The entrees took 20 minutes.3. Probably 1.5 pounds of cold noodles were stuck to the bottom of the bowl because the noodle guy cooked them probably 5+ minutes faster than the soup guy could pour which sounds insane.I think there can be some improvements made with portions and operations. Therefore, pricing...

I visited this restaurant for lunch with a friend who was in the mood for pho. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's to be expected in Ala Moana. I ordered a tofu banh mi, and it was absolutely amazing! The bread was perfectly toasted on the outside while remaining soft and buttery on the inside. The flavors were delightful, and I honestly believe it's the best banh mi I've had on the island. My friend also enjoyed their beef pho very much. As for the service, the staff was very polite, and the restaurant's interior had a lively atmosphere. Reserva una mesa ahora

We were actually trying to go to another restaurant at Ala Moana however it was a minimum hour wait. Instead of waiting we decided to go here instead. I can say that I enjoyed the food here. We had a bowl of Pho along with Pork Chops and Lemongrass Chicken. All were good but the Pho was a good size bowl that I was able to share. If you are in the area and don't want to get stuck waiting at one of the restaurants I'm the area I would recommend you give this place a shot.

This restaurant is located on the top floor of Ala Moana near Tanaka of Tokyo. I had the lemongrass chicken with spring roll on vermicelli. This is a perfect meal if you want something lighter but filling. The greens on the noodles added a nice mix to the meal. The high ceilings made the room feel very spacious.
