Mama Soup - Reservar una mesa

Came here to get lunch several times, and my mouth still waters whenever I think about this place. Out of all the places around Mineola that I've tried so far, this one is the best.I always get the tomato soup and the hot chicken sandwich, I've never felt inclined to try the other items because I only crave these two things from Mama Soup. I've heard some people say that there are some items here which are bland and lacking in flavor, but I wouldn't know, because the two things I always get are always on point.Tomato Soup: It's not the best tomato soup I've ever had (the honor goes to Cafe Gossip), but Mama Soup's tomato soup is served with little cubed of grilled cheese sandwich bites that...

I ordered from here for years!!!! My family has owned a deli for 15+ years and never in my life would I ever charge $7.49 for one egg white , bacon cheese on a roll. My co worker ordered two scrambled, avocado cheese on a bagel and played the same. So basically I was told I am paying for two eggs bacon and cheese plus $1.49 for egg whites. Yet I only got one egg white. Which if anyone knows one egg white is nothing. It could be me but this is excessive for pricing. I order from them at least 2-3 times a week but no more. I will decline from now on when my office orders with them. So disappointed. The owner is so sweet and I love the food but this was not OK.

If you're looking for soup, this is definitely the place. I tried the chicken pot pie soup and a grilled cheese. As I expected the grilled cheese was thin, not melted enough and really could pass on it. Need to upgrade it a bit and not make it like a 2nd grader made it. Chicken pot pie soup was very filling and filled with chicken, veggies, the right spice and flavorful. Also comes with a yummy biscuit. I'd come back and try the other soups and maybe a stand out sandwich.

The food at this restaurant is okay, but the prices are much too high. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak on a roll and a Snapple iced tea for $15. I could have purchased a pre-made sandwich at Stop & Shop for only $6. Their quart of clam chowder is priced at $15, but you can get a can of Progresso clam chowder for just $2.39 and it tastes just as good. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

This place is a soup buffet, about 12 varieties of soup. I tried the veggie chili, the broth part was good but I didn't like a lot of the veggies in there ie: peppers, celery, carrots. I really enjoyed the New England clam chowder , it has a slightly Smokey flavor and the seafood bisque is tasty also. I will definitely be returning to try them all throughout the fall/winter.

The staff at the cashier are very friendly, however the food is mediocre at best. The prices are extremely high, so I no longer choose to eat lunch there, especially when there are at least two other places within a half mile that offer larger portions for a much lower price.

My family and I have been coming here for years and we can’t get enough.You can tell everything is cooked fresh, really best food around.The entire team treats you like family, thank you guys so much.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it. My only wish is that they were open on weekends. I would rate the food a 5/5.

I ordered turkey bacon and two slices of wheat toast and my bill was 7.50. Bacon was burnt. this place is overpriced and I will not be coming back.
