Mama's Italian Grill

I've been here twice a week for months. I usually order a grilled chicken cesar salad. The last time I ordered is my last time. 5 of us went here and supported the restaurant for lunch on the job. This time they gave me the wrong dressing, and I called her, they sent someone who never missed my whole lunch break after working all day in 97 degrees. Called for help has never been suspended again, so I had to return to a refund man on the phone very unprofessional and obviously does not care about customers who support his practice. I don?t even know where to start!!!!!!!!!! Basically I?m a trucker that was looking for a great place to dine in where I came across this excellent Italian restaurant and can say this place makes very very good Italian food. There not cheap with there seafood and the taste and quality blow my mind. I did not expect the meal to be this satisfying when I dined in especially when they was just closing at the end of the night. The staff and waitresses are very friendly and helpful I would recommend anyone to go here and dine in whenever they have the chance too. You will not regret it guarantee!!!!!! Fortunately, they managed to whip up the food in just 20 minutes, which was a relief. However, when we went to pay, they told us the price was higher than what we had initially agreed on. They ended up giving us the original price, but without any discounts or apologies. To top it off, the pasta salad we received was just plain pasta—nothing else. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I can confidently say that this level of service is unacceptable. I won't hesitate to share this experience with others. We've been here for six years. Family friendly. Best Pizza East Side (USA) owner has a great setting. Everybody's friendly. Food is from this world. Very happy customer?????

Went here for the first time, and I will definitely return. Friendly staff, decent prices, and the portions were enough for two.
