We just had dinner there , apps were good., it was our dinner entrees that were not cooked properly. Both of our penna pastas was cooked mushy and the chicken was tough and chewy. I explained to the waitress (who was very nice) when the check came, I asked her if she told the appropriate person about our dinner, she said yes. I said the right thing to do is for someone to come out and talk to us, no one did and no one cared ,I told her I'm not coming back here then.... it was like ok...whatever. They had a wine tasting going on in the back, so they really didn't care about us..bye ?
Excellent place, decoration and pleasant atmosphere, good decoration, clean areas, I liked the experience, the food was delicious, the only thing is that the waitress who served us was very invasive and interrupted the conversations, she pressured us to collect the dishes, maybe they should guide the staff a little more As for the service because this is a place to take your time and it is not fast food. Parking: It is easy to access. It's outside the restaurant.
The food is absolutely delicious! However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff really needs training on basic pleasantries like saying "thank you," "you're welcome," and "have a nice day." Only the kind lady with black hair and the older gentleman seem to understand common courtesy. Despite the less-than-pleasant attitudes, I will definitely return for those tasty pinwheels. I may sound like I'm joking, but I'm serious!
We always get mama satina pizza but tonight was by far exceptional !!!! I’m 7 months pregnant and came in with my toddler to pick up a pie. Not only did they treat my toddler with an Italian ice but they took it upon themselves to ask me if they could help bring my pizza out for me ! So kind and helpful !!! Love them even more now for their outstanding above and beyond service !! Thank you !!!!!!!!!

I had a baked ziti slice and my wife had a vodka slice. The pizza was very good and the prices are competitive with other local pizzerias. Also, we recently tried the chicken ceasar slice and it was very good as well.
Stopped in for a quick slice of pizza for lunch. The counter people were very pleasant and served you with a smile. They kept the line moving so the wait time was minimal. Will definitely return when I'm back in the
The atmosphere was excellent—clean and modern, with lovely decor. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was phenomenal as well! I really enjoyed the outdoor seating, especially on pasta night!
The Buffalo Chicken slice is perfect! And great job on the renovation. The atmosphere is awesome!
