After buying from them for 2 1/2 years in spite of their missing or incorrect parts of my orders 60-70% of the time I stopped. Today they made two Incorrect sandwiches, they were aware the order was messed up, didn’t call, nor did they pick up the phone when I called four separate times to get refunded. It required me to go to the store. Which if I had time for I would not be ordering delivery. They refunded my money and I will no longer be dealing with them.I’ve spoken to the manager three different times regarding their incorrect orders and there was improvement for awhile but it reverts back. It’s not worth the aggravation
This is the best all around early-opening breakfast and coffee store in Summit. They offer fresh squeezed orange juice (and lemonades) at a totally reasonable price. They make solid breakfasts and have a wide variety as early as 5:30am!. The staff works hard and they create a nice atmosphere for all types of customers. They just began offering espressos and lattes (I think). So far the flavor is very good but could be a bit stronger, maybe two shots. Overall you can get everything you want in the morning here for an affordable price and good quality without the attitude. You can't beat that.

This restaurant is a total ripoff! I paid $16.55 for a small black coffee and a salmon and scallion cream cheese multigrain bagel. They charged an extra $1.00 for the scallion cream cheese, which was overly piled on with virtually no salmon and no tomato as shown in the photo. It was terrible and a waste of money. I will never return!

You couldn't ask for better customer service! We had an important event we needed to cater. Manhattan Bagel in Summit took incredible care of us. They are lovely, courteous, and organized. The food and coffee were fantastic! I will always go back to this establishment for my bagels and coffee. They are the best!
I placed my order online and received notifications that it was ready, but when I arrived at the restaurant, my order was not actually ready. It took them an additional 15 minutes to complete it. The manager was not very attentive and the customer service was poor.
The bagels were decent, with a chewy and soft texture that didn't quite match the New York Style Bagel standard. The service was friendly and our bagel sandwiches were served quickly. The coffee was also satisfactory.
I love this bagel place! Pretty busy on Saturday mornings but the bagels and coffee tasted great. Soft and yummy. I got the avo egg white on a honey whole wheat everything and I really liked it!!

A good place where you can pick a freshly squeezed orange juice and a custom made bagel. I would only hope for a gluten free option for bagels so that my spouse can join.
The bagel its a bit smaller than other places but the flavor its amazing! The place its small but alive and clean.
