Overprice and flavorless. Order a egg and bacon burrito for breakfast.It was the size of the taco bell dollar menu burrito except theirs was $9 bucks. Order a toasted Crouzon, i receive a charcoal crouzon, the cheesesteak was one of the least flavorful things i ever had, only seasoning it had was salt. For a franchise this place is one of the worse bagel spots i ever been too, ill stick with mom and pops shops. i wont recommended, even the cream cheese had no flavor. If you ever go to jersey city pick up some goya adobo shishh.
Staff is amazing. The guy who served me said he has been there for 7 years. The have egg sandwiches, fun bagels and cream cheeses. I got a seasonal coffee cinnamon winter blend, And it was perfect to get me in that holiday spirit. They will also cater events for you, which is perfect for me as a realtor. Really nice vibe with several tables to sit and eat.
EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Why do they charge over a dollar for butter and cream cheese? How is a plain bagel with butter and another with cream cheese $8? It's absolutely outrageous, and the bagels aren't even that great. You’re better off going to a local bagel shop that makes them fresh and supporting small businesses instead of getting ripped off here.
Absolutely terrible experience! First, they messed up my wife's order, spelling her name as "MAYEN" instead of "MEGAN," and it took them 20 minutes to find it. To top it off, my Bagel with Cream Cheese was served as a plain Bagel with butter. Do they even know the difference between cream cheese and butter???? Never coming back again!

Poor service. Only one other customer in the place and 3 people working. It took 10 min to get a bagel and cream cheese. Then they handed to the other customer! Luckily he realized it right away.
$10 for two bagels with butter and a water. the bagels were extremely disappointing for a bagel store in new jersey. comparable to a bagel from dunkin’ donuts
I ordered a bagel with lox spread, and there was barely half a teaspoon of spread on it. It was a terrible bagel! I won't be returning again!
The bagel with vegetable cheese was excellent, but the coffee was the worst I've ever had.

Yummy BLT on an onion bagel. Only mishap-they didn't put mayo on the sandwich. Bummer!
The people that work here are very kind and helpful. Mary is sooooo nice.
