There were three families dining together, one of which was visiting Manjaros for the first time. A member of this family has a medical condition that requires him to drink his own water, which he brought in a small bottle. When a staff member questioned this, my friend tried to explain the situation. Instead of understanding, the staff insisted on consulting the manager.
The manager then came back and began shouting at us, accusing us of bringing outside drinks despite it being the first time for my friend to visit. We were all taken aback by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the manager. In the end, all three families decided to leave the restaurant politely.

The food was ok (mine had no actual flavour so had to use sauce to help) but not worth the money. Over priced! The waitress asked my brothers if they wanted has browns and cheese on their burgers as they come like this- these were then added as extras on the bill which we weren’t made aware of. We asked for tap water and were told they didn’t serve any! The drink bottles were £2.99 each! All just a money making scheme. It’s a shame! We genuinely won’t be returning or recommending to other people. It was better before, not sure if someone new has taken over but no atmosphere or genuine customer service!
Eleven people went to this restaurant for iftari (breaking fast) and were shocked to be charged £3.40 for a bottle of water. I requested the manager to provide a complimentary jug of water, as most of us were fasting during Ramadan. Unfortunately, the manager refused and said he did not make the rules. After spending over £320, we will not be returning to this restaurant. It is disappointing to see businesses taking advantage of religious holidays for profit. Show some respect for the beliefs of others, regardless of their religion.
The manager showed very poor leadership during our visit. We requested a jug of tap water, as we were fasting, for our group of 11 customers who had spent over £320 at the restaurant. The manager flatly refused, insisting that we needed to pay £3.40 per bottle of water. I found his lack of class to be disappointing and it left a sour impression. Additionally, the food was only average. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Manjaros is very recommend from all my family and friends. So today I decided to see what all the hype was about,I order the hot chicken parmo which was great. Also I ordered the lamb chops which were herendous it was hard and oily.Also can’t believe it’s Ramadan cannot provide complimentary tap water to break my fast,every other restaurent has complimentary water.
Just had the pleasure of sampling the food from this amazing place and i must say it was fantastic ...Food was exquisite, amazing flavours mouth watering taste Had their lamb Chops and king prawns for starters they were awesome.
they enjoy the meal, popping aromen with or without their special sauces and large portions! the staff was also great, they stayed open after the closing time, so we could finish eating and looked around nicely. 10/10
Been visiting this restaurant for many years this time the food was tasteless very small portions.The parmo was burnt sent it back only for the chef to come out and say its not burnt. Don't think we will visit again

Visited with family and food has gone downhill and been visiting since they opened. Mix grill and chicken parmo was cold, the pizzas were very tangy. Staff were nice and apologetic. Will not be returning again.
Its ok nothing special alittle pricey and overrated portions were small not very impressed could hav been better like i said high price aswell so not going again besides that nothing else really good location
