Very nicely located mountain restaurant. You have a great view from the beer garden and the food is good too. Price-performance as usual in Switzerland. Unfortunately the waiter didn't feel like doing his job at all that afternoon. We sat for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to appear, unfortunately in vain. When we went into the restaurant and didn't meet anyone, we at least took a food and drinks menu with us, which was immediately greeted with a shout. All in all, our stop with two 0.3l shandy and two quiches cost almost 50 euros and took over 2 hours
4 von uns sind am 1. Mai von Caux de Haut aufgestiegen. Die Straße war gesperrt, stellen Sie sich also unsere Überraschung vor, als wir auf dieses wundervolle Restaurant stießen, das geöffnet war! Anstelle von Brot und Obst hatten wir ein schönes Fondue Mittagessen. Der Koch bereitete jedoch ein Kaninchengericht zu. Aufgrund seines Rufes mussten wir es bestellen. Es war nicht von dieser Welt! Das ganze Erlebnis war einer der Höhepunkte unserer ersten Reise in die Schweiz.
Wir haben viermal nach dem Menü gefragt. . . . keine Reaktion. Sie liefen entweder mit einem Körbchen Brot oder einer Pfeffermühle hinein oder hinaus. . . Warum nicht die andere Hand benutzen, um das Menü zu bringen? ? Wir wurden total ignoriert haben so etwas noch nie erlebt. Wir sind gerade mit einem großen Gelächter nach 25 Minuten abgereist. Können Sie sich vorstellen, wenn wir etwas bestellt hätten? . . . . Es wäre dunkel gewesen, bevor wir hätten gehen können!
Wir machten eine schöne Wanderung zum Dent de Jaman und stießen nach einem langen Spaziergang auf dieses kleine Restaurant in der Nähe des Parkplatzes. Sie hatten eines der besten, wenn nicht das beste Fondue, das ich je hatte. Der verwendete Käse stammt aus einer benachbarten Bäckerei und ist unglaublich cremig. Hausgemachtes frisches Brot und Wurstwaren. Die Wüste verdient Erwähnung. Erstaunliche Meringen mit Mille Feuilles und mir. Total einen Besuch wert.

Simple and rustic Warm welcome and service Overcast and cloudy weather which did not allow me to enjoy the landscape, but a very good time to taste traditional and nourishing cuisine. Prices are proportional to the altitude of the place... but very reasonable. Good table to share with hiking or hunting friends but also with family.
Everything is great and superb. A very beautiful place to come and eat with a sublime view. The specialties are delicious and the welcome is very kind. Everything is homemade like nowhere else, a real restaurant, the likes of which you don't find in town! Superb view, magnificent environment, and what's more, we are very well received by people who do this for their vocation. My favorite high altitude spot! without hesitation!
Un cadre magnifique malheureusement un accueil très décevant, nous comptions y manger, mais au vu de l'impolitesse du serveur nous avons fini notre bière et sommes partis.
