We've been hearing Manpuku for a while and finally came here to give a go.
The homemade noodles caught my eye straight away, each ramen has recommended noodles but you can change it by your preference.
They also have quite a bit combinations for all needs. We ordered a signature ramen, yuzu coriander (creative !) and pan fried pork dumplings.

Nealy perfect! The filling is not too sticky, you can taste the pork mince and veggies. The skin is golden brown and crispy. The only thing is the seasoning is a little bit sweet.

Este es nuestro lugar favorito de ramen en Sydney. Buena selección de menú que incluye diferentes tipos de ramen y lados. La sopa es sabrosa y su cha Shu cha Shu es genial. Las porciones son generosas y el servicio es eficiente y amigable. Se pone muy ocupado, así que llegue hasta las 6 pm si puede.
This is our favourite ramen place in Sydney. Good menu selection including different types of ramen and sides. The soup is flavoursome and their seared cha shu is great. Portions are generous and the service is efficient and friendly. It does get very busy so get there by 6pm if you can.
¡Llegue temprano o, de lo contrario, tendrás que esperar en una larga cola! Aparte de eso, delicioso ramen y un montón de fideos hechos a mano especializados en la casa o un tazón de arroz para elegir.
This place has become one of my all time favourites when I'm craving a tasty soup. It's great value for money and every time I've been I order something different and am never disappointed.

The tsukemen and aburi ramen is my favourite. So far, i have not found any tsukemen as delicious and original like their. Sometimes has to wait half an hour when peak hours.
Get there early or else you'll have to wait in a long queue! Apart from that, delicious ramen and plenty of in-house specialty handmade noodle or rice bowl to choose from.
