Marco's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I went in and ordered pizzas a few nights ago because I had family over. The wait time was a little long which I expected because it was dinner time but what I didn’t expect was to witness a man completely flipping out while I was there. He was so stressed out and panicking due to it being busy. I waited 14 minutes once I walked in the door to pay for my order and the whole time he was yelling and even cussed. He got mad that someone made a mistake on a pizza. He was very unprofessional and not someone I would want up front in front of customers. I feel this is the best pizza in town!! By far! They have excellent thin crust and awesome old world pepperoni. Service is always friendly and quick too!Occasionally they undercook the toppings or go light on the sauce. But these arent consistent occurrences.My ONLY consistent complaint is that they need get an idea of what LIGHT CHEESE means. It doesn 't mean slightly less than your usual massive amount . It means: only a LITTLE BIT of cheese.Dine in area is clean. Perhaps a bit underwhelming. Not exactly an inviting area. Would be awesome if they gave this an old school pizza joint feel with a couple arcade games and some cool looking lights. Wouldn 't take much.But again, this place is gr...

What a great place to eat at....service was amazing staff was great and the girl Desiree who ran the show tonight was just amazing very helpful respect and handle the rush alone and took care of all the customers for being patient with her she was very professional very much a team leader and being new at that but thank you for our awesome dinner we will definitely be back plenty more keep up the great work MarcosParking: It's in a very good location

We have been long time customers and will never be using this location again. I will be filing a complaint elsewhere also. Called there 5 times and was told to hold and hung up on me. The first 3x this happened the 4th time someone literally picked up the phone and then immediately hung it up. The 5th time they said putting u on hold and then hung up on me. First time here and the GM Samuel and his crew did a fantastic job handling a busy rush! The employees were working hard and smiling despite phones ringing and customers coming through the door. Our pizza was delicious and ready in no time!

All positives!Always has great pizza for a fair price, on time with friendly, enthusiastic staff. The inside is clean and comfortable. Lots of choices for pizza around here, and this is my favorite.

They got my order wrong. No sause cup with it. 15 minutes late and the pizza tasted terrible. I called them and they couldn't do anything. Never again! Worst pizza
