I got the cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza. The personal or small size. I must say that it was pretty damn good! I also love the pepperoni at Marco’s. The way the oven just burns the edges and cooks the pepperoni perfectly! I’ve had regular pizza here as well which is great but now I think my go to will be the cauliflower crust moving forward! Service is always great and the curbside pick up is perfect!
I found a piece of plastic baked into my pizza, which appeared to be from a ripped bag. When I called to report this, the manager promised a refund but never followed through. I also tried reaching out on Twitter and called the customer service line, but no one has responded. It feels like these messages are just for show. I will never go back to a Marco's again.
I was very disappointed with the Marcos brand. I ordered delivery, and the pizza was subpar. The family-sized chef salad was terrible, featuring only about six half slices of meat and cheese, and it had practically a whole onion in it! Maybe it was just an off night for them in terms of quality control? The Italian Way just didn't meet expectations today.
I placed an order on New Year's Eve, and despite being overwhelmed and underpaid, the staff still greeted me with smiles and treated me with kindness and respect when I arrived. I really owe them a drink! My order was supposed to take 45 minutes but was ready in just 15. I give them a perfect score of 20/10 and will definitely be coming back! Reserva una mesa ahora
I tried calling to order carryout and was put on hold. The person picked up the phone and just hung up. I tried calling again and they picked up and hung up again. I tried ordering at 11:30 and they close at 12 so I understand if they don't take anymore orders but they should at least answer the phone and let me know that
Ordered pizza from Marco’s today for pick up. When I got home, the pizza was burned. I called the manager and he promised a new pizza delivery within 40 minutes. One hour later, no pizza. While I am suppose to get a refund for the inconvenience and got a new pizza, I don’t plan to order from them again.
I had one of the best-tasting pizzas from a franchise. The bread is always incredibly fresh, and the quality of the cheese is consistently excellent. Plus, my delivery arrived even sooner than estimated!
