I really love this place, but I've noticed that prices have increased significantly recently—some items have nearly doubled in price—in the last couple of months, and the size of the baked goods has also shrunk. While I understand inflation is high and wages have risen, a nearly 100% price hike seems excessive. Given the current prices, it might be more worthwhile to purchase from slightly upscale places that offer much larger pastries for just an extra 50 cents.
I order two tres leches cakes on dec 10/22 for my party..they were delicious !!Good flavor..good presentation!!I really recommend this place a lot !! I think Maria (not the owner )she help me with my order in person ..she was so nice,kind and her knowledge was Really helpful to me.THANK YOU MARIA'S PASTRIES I'll definitely order again.
One of the best bakeries in the Richmond, El Sobrante, Pinole, and Hercules area! You won't find a bakery this good anywhere else, but it is quite expensive. I wish they would lower their prices since it seems like they keep going up frequently!

We ordered a $40 Rosca de Reyes and it turned out it's an upside down pineapple cake. It's dry and definitely NOT a traditional rosca de reyes. Do NOT Order a rosca de Reyes here, you will be very disappointed!!!
The mango passion fruit cake is amazing. It's beautiful, light, and tasty. I was able to order day before. Smallest size was a half sheet for around $65.
An impressive assortment of very delicious pastries. I recommend this wonderful establishment. The staff are so kind and attentive.
