The staff at the Echoplex were amazing helping my fiancé and I with disabled accommodations during the recent John Mayer show. Once I explained to security that we both have disabilities, we were pulled out of line and checked in first, and then accidentally told to go inside before John was done with his sound check. I turned a corner and I was about 20 feet from John. We were led back outside to the VIP area to wait until the room was ready. The venue was mostly standing room only with a small VIP seating area but a staff member got me chair and we settled into a spot behind the crowd. Pretty soon a few people stood in front of us, the staff member asked if we could still see and My fiancé...
I was so excited to try these, but they were very mid at best. not seasoned, and Im not sure why the sauce was so watery. also, the cheese and cream was lack luster. like, as soon as I dipped the Vegan Jalapeño Egg Rolls in the vegan dip, a pool of water rose to the top. I like the idea, it just wasnt well executed. the best stuffed vegan jalapenos Ive eaten, that I didnt make from absolute scratch(even my cheese) was from Modern Vegan in Las Vegas. is go get theres, then go back to the dressing board.
First time trying Masa and Chicago style pizza in general and it did not disappoint. The pizza was delivered with foil to prevent sticking to the box which I appreciated. It was warm, hearty and fresh. The Caesar Salad, although fresh and delicious did not feel worth the value and I would not order it again. All ingredients tasted very fresh and a small loaf of bread, butter, parmesan and red pepper were included. Would definitely come back again for the Lots of Meat Pizza!
The Echo goes out of its way to make sure its patrons have a great time. I have nothing to gain by this endorsement. The sound is top-notch, sight lines are clean, and every member of their staff is truly the s**t. I'm impressed by their low-key tack to make things as comfortable as possible. My only complaint would be if they stop serving Dale's Pale Ale on tap! (lol)

I absolutely adore this restaurant, it has such an intimate atmosphere! The security and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend and I arrived without tickets as the event was sold out, but the doorman was so kind and was able to find us tickets. We had a fantastic time here.
The pizza at this restaurant is excellent! Just one slice and I'm already full. They are very generous with the protein toppings on the pizza. It is definitely worth the price. A big shout out to the chef and thank you! The Fettuccine Alfredo pasta is also delicious.
The quality and taste of their food is consistently excellent! I always choose the Lof Lots of Meat Pizza as my favorite. I tried the Fettuccine Alfredo and Mozzar Sticksella for the first time tonight, and both dishes were amazing!
The Vegan Baked Minestrone is the best, and the Cuban roll is consistently excellent. The Vegan Caramel Nut Brownie was delicious as well.

Definitely the coolest place I’ve ever been to if you’re down for some funk soul! The people who worked there was nice. Check it!
