I would give zero stars if possible. Worst Indian food ever, we both got sick while driving home, nearly threw up. The Samosas were a laughable imitation of real Samosas, looked and tasted like very old left-overs had been used; other food looked unappetizing and everything was off in taste including the dosa pizza and the mushroom dish; our fault for not reading reviews before coming! Only decent food was the naan, looked good and tasted ok (had much better, but it was not terrible). Never again! Server was friendly.
Have been coming here since I was a kid, they had a rough patch in between but seem to be getting back to the high standard I remember. They have a weekend buffet for $17.99, and unlimited dosa night on Wednesday and chaat night on Monday. We have been to all three and their food has consistently been fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend especially as it’s fully veg ! Servers are also extremely kind, one was helping a blind man navigate the buffet line when I visited. Truly exceptional care!
The food was excellent! They made JAIN food for us and all the food was superb tasting. They made jain sambar, chilli paneer, baby corn pepper fries, Hakka noodles, dal tadka, dal makhini and paneer tikka masala. The service was also good and the ambience was great too. Highly recommend this place for people looking for JAIN (no onion, no garlic, no potatoes) options. Dietary restrictions: Made food without onion, garlic and potatoes
Having tried numerous Indian restaurants, Masala stands out for it's authentic flavors and impeccable service.The dosas were outstanding especially paneer burji dosa. Don't miss out on the butter naan which paired heavenly with paneer Tikka masala we tried. Highly recommended only Indian veg restaurant in Denver.

Vegetarian options: We went for Monday unlimited chaat night. All different chaat items were delicious. The service was good, polite and prompt. We recommend it highly.
The food is very tasty. But the service wasn’t up to the mark. I reported an issue with a dish but the person who served us wasn’t bothered to talk to us about it.
The Chana is the best ever! I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and the food, quality and taste remain consistent. Worth a trip to aurora for good Indian food!
Great food and ambience! Went for weekend buffet and had variety of food to taste. Very authentic and tasty food. I highly recommended for weekend buffet.

Overall very good authentic Indian food. The best South Indian food I've had in Denver so far. Best for Dosas ans Idlis.
Amazing food and great service. Jain food very easily accommodated and took care of us.
