We visit Massa almost daily and have spent quite a bit there over the past year. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was quite disappointing. When we arrived for coffee at 9:45 PM, we were informed that the coffee machine had already been cleaned and the kitchen was closed, leaving only ice cream as an option. Seriously? It was a Saturday evening, and there were still many people seated outside. They really could have waited until after 10 PM to clean the coffee machine, especially given the number of customers present. Due to this lack of effort from the staff, we've decided to take our business elsewhere tonight.
We got 3 16 inch pizza for a work lunch and it was delicious . We got the red pepper and sausage, spicy pepperoni, and the prosciutto arugula pizza. My favorite was definitely the prosciutto, but the spicy pepperoni has for a kick that I couldn’t stop eating! They’re pretty thin slice so even though I ate so many slices, it didn’t feel like I consumed a lot. Definitely would go back!
Terrible service. People who were after us were receiving their entrees before we even got out appetizers. Tables weren’t bussed and dirty. Customer service I horrible. I asked for our appetizzers to be checked on and was given a knod. Water wasn’t refilled for more than 15minutes. This place needs help.
It was a beautiful day for dining outdoors, although the noise level was a bit elevated. You order inside, and they bring your food to the table. The meal was satisfactory, but I would need to come back to try more from the menu. The chicken parmesan sandwich was particularly enjoyable.

The best gelato place. We got different flavors, and basically every flavor hit the spot. Super cute spot, definitely would highly recommend it. They have loads of options for food, drinks, and dessert! Ambiance is super chic as well and the staff was super friendly and professional!
Massa's food, service, and overall value are consistently outstanding. The paninis are amazing, the pizza is delectable, the salads are delightful, and the pasta is superb. I really enjoy their coffee creations, and the artisan gelato is simply irresistible!
Place has always be great to go to especially growing up in Elmwood Park. I moved away but whenever I'm in the area I have to stop by and eat here. Absolutely amazing. Wish they had a second location by me.
Place so busy and worth the wait..it so delicious .Owner and staff are great. The pizza is so delicious along with everything else they have on menu

I ordered a steak sandwich and a chicken sandwich, along with their polenta fries. Everything was absolutely amazing!
Gelato is truly amazing! There are so many good flavors to choose from! Portions of food are great as well.
