The service at Massa Italian Cafe Gelateria was disappointing. Guests seated after us were served their entrees before we even received our appetizers. The tables were dirty and uncleared, and the customer service was unresponsive—when I inquired about our appetizers, I was met with only a nod. Our water went unrefilled for more than 15 minutes. This restaurant definitely needs to improve.
We got 3 16 inch pizza for a work lunch and it was delicious . We got the red pepper and sausage, spicy pepperoni, and the prosciutto arugula pizza. My favorite was definitely the prosciutto, but the spicy pepperoni has for a kick that I couldn’t stop eating! They’re pretty thin slice so even though I ate so many slices, it didn’t feel like I consumed a lot. Definitely would go back!
Terrible service. People who were after us were receiving their entrees before we even got out appetizers. Tables weren’t bussed and dirty. Customer service I horrible. I asked for our appetizzers to be checked on and was given a knod. Water wasn’t refilled for more than 15minutes. This place needs help.
The best gelato place. We got different flavors, and basically every flavor hit the spot. Super cute spot, definitely would highly recommend it. We tried them in the taste of Elmwood Park and knew we had to visit the restaurant. We had a Panzerotti and the 8 fingers cavatelli. They were both delicious!!! We have it with Gelato.... pure heaven!!!! We will come back soon!!!

Place has always be great to go to especially growing up in Elmwood Park. I moved away but whenever I'm in the area I have to stop by and eat here. Absolutely amazing. Wish they had a second location by me.
