Massa's Dessert Cafe

we were served by a young teenager girl. I asked about the vegan ice, as he has a milchin tolerance, unfortunately the waitress could not be harassed with a separate scoop for the ice. do they not offer vegan and use them the same lace? what if. someone has a heavy milk allergy? somehow the vegan oreo was revolting, so anyway it went into the müll. I asked for a little ice for me and she gave me a medium when I asked if it was small, she said, no, they wanted to aromen? that's never a problem. last visit from us, for a zip that went in the ridge and twice the size I ordered.

The cafe area is ok and the staff are friendly. Mine and my friend's teacakes were burnt all round the edges. I picked off the burnt edges and as this was our first visit I did not want to complain. However, I visited the ladies...toilet and I was appalled! The toilets, cubicles and wash basin looked as though they had not been cleaned in a long time. It was disgusting. This needs addressing now. I don't think Environmental Health at Chorley Council would be impressed.

Instead of just calling for ice creams or coffees, my wife and I called for lunch yesterday I had pizza how lovely to see it made from scratch. Beautifully made this fresh thin based piazza was as delicious as it looked. My wife had...soup and toasted sandwich We both naturally had their own Fredericks ice cream to finish with our pot of tea ALL for well under Staff not just friendly but enjoyed a bit of banter. Now open till on a weekend

Selling ice cream isn't rocket science but perhaps it needs to be? single scoop nutty cones please x Cotton Candy x Sticky Toffee Result x stale cones that tasted aged, dry with no snap like a biscuit barrel where the lid...has been left ajar,nuts on the cones that were soft and chewy with no crunch present, ice cream that tasted distinctly artificial and borderline unpleasant. We are regular visitors of Massa’s Ice cream parlour and we always receive a friendly service, the ice cream is always delicious and the food is lovely. There is sometimes a lengthy wait for hot food but if you’re not in a rush this shouldn’t...bother you. The staff are clearly rushed off their feet and doing their best. We visited yesterday and a double scoop cone went down a treat!

massa is something from a local institution and I come into this load since it was carried out by the terrible anne massa many, many years ago. beautiful ice and yes, while the staff are generally young, they are, I find, generally attentive and...help me hope this place will continue to live

I visited this place today for an egg for me and my sister. have I never been so disappointed? Mint-Choc chip? Can they say something? the coworker seemed to fight to put the...cream in the cone, which led to it driping everywhere. even below my top. almost wasted, will not return.

Your staff are a credit to you, always welcoming and polite, this is a rare experience these days. Keep up the good work as yours is now our favorite cafe in Chorley.

as a family we like to come here. the ice is simply the best at all! they even have vegan! cozy atmosphere and a real Chorley-Institution
