I'm writing this review because the owner of this restaurant made an enormous mistake. When the old location closed they should have marked it closed on here and added a new entry. Changing the information to the new one is a great disservice to the newlocation. When you just update it you keep all the old photos of the old location. So when people pull it up they see an old rundown McDonald's that was built in I'm guessing the late 80's early 90's and still looks like it instead of the brand new modernrestaurant that looks new and inviting. Not to mention all the reviews that were for the old location. Which again is not fairto the new location. I tried to update the old location as closed...
0 stars been going there for 20+ years Service is never great but more about convenience.. i?m there every day so on my face is familiar! they rarely give a receipt I ordered a water extra and I didn?t Receive it ! came back the next morning and Explained . I order the same thing every day.. sausage McMuffin with egg large sweet tea and a medium coffee I asked for the water that they forgot . this has happened twice) and The manager said sorry no receipt No water . I explained they didn?t receive the receipt. they never give out receipts! stay away from this place they don?t care about their customers! I?m a long-term customer and they know who I am and they don?t care I won?t be back !
Breakfast provided online 5 minutes before breakfast is finished. In the restaurant finished 2 minutes after breakfast. I'm coming to find out they don't get my order because I made a mistake in ordering. After I had shown the checkout that I tried to place the order before breakfast, and they still had haash brews, steak and bagels available, they still allowed me to order breakfast.
I have been going to this McDonald's a lot and I'm kind of tired of them Getting my order wrong. Today is April 20th 2022 I ordered a 20 piece nugget. Not the spicy nugget. They need to find a better way to separate them. Every one doesn't want spicyfood. Had to get rid of them sad. I won't be back.

Hashbrowns were undercooked, if it weren't for my 6 year old I wouldn't even bother. I hate leaving less then positive reviews, so I will leave with this......I went inside and was able to get more properly cooked hashbrowns , positive vibrations
Exelent service, Maria the Manager is so Nice, makes you wanna come back (even though might not be that healthy). Seems like its the only McDonald's that hasn't been updated, but People there are Great any Way. Good Bless them. BLESSINGS
Doesn't matter what time I go to this location it seriously takes me 20 mins plus from pulling up (before the order screen) to actually getting my order. Then they throw the food at you to hurry you out of line
The worst branch in entire Virginia is this branch. You have to wait and always the staff switch order between customers. You have to wait more than 30 minutes for only an ice cream or a small drink even.

the tables were not cleaned and the services are bad and they dont even know what order goes to who and the bathrooms are a one person bathroom and they make your orders super slow
Terrible customer service. Ghetto language when ordering food at 2am 09/28/2020: had to go to Featherstone place because device was terrible
