I'm really disappointed with my local McDonald's, a place I've been visiting since my teenage years with friends and family. Today, I took my mom there to enjoy a McDouble and some chicken nuggets, but unfortunately, I found a large hair in my burger. They also forgot the McFlurry I ordered, which I could excuse given the long line. However, what's truly unacceptable and disturbing is that, during a pandemic, the staff are not wearing any personal protective equipment or even hairnets. I will definitely be reporting this to corporate, and I won't be returning after such a terrible experience.
I ordered six McDoubles, two fries, two drinks, and three ice creams. The person who took my order barely acknowledged me, so I had to keep calling out "Hello?" several times to get his attention. When he finally responded, he said, "Can’t you see I’m busy?" When my order was finally ready, I only received four McDoubles, one drink, and the bag was a total mess. I had to make a second trip to get the rest of my order. I'm seriously thinking about not returning to this place.
One of my local McDeez and yup they always forget something either frap maching or ice cream is broken the soda pours only syrup never give the condiments you have ask even for napkins ??????????? the actual screen is never used so you dont really get tosee whats new or what you might want to order because thry just forever have a person outside its useless pointlesss ..
I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and I've consistently had positive experiences with both the food and the staff. However, I do suggest that during their peak hours, it's a good idea to double-check your order to make sure everything is included.

The flavor of the food has changed significantly; it feels like they are making it haphazardly and just selling it. This is not how it used to be. And the coffee—wow, what happened to the taste? I'm really dissatisfied with them right now.
This McDonald?s put a limit on the adult happy meals plus they always miss stuff on your order when u place them on Uber eats or mobile order I always have to walk in and pick up my missing food that I order this place is horrible
The fish fillets were fresh, and the fries were perfectly unsalted, which is exactly how I prefer them. The meal was just what I was looking for. I left feeling very satisfied, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The quality of service has really declined. The staff seems confused and I often find myself having to repeat my order. They frequently forget items and sauces. It would be great to see some changes in the team.
