Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I recently ordered through the McDonald's app and did a drive thru pickup at the McDonald's on 2310 W Commonwealth Alhambra. It was busy, but that's okay, I get it. When I went to pick up my order, they made me wait for my mocha frappe for more than 5 minutes at another window. It's busy, so I'm patient, but their attitude wasn't great. They accidentally gave my frappe to the car in front of me, without saying sorry or taking responsibility.When I finally got my mocha frappe, it was disappointing. The whipped cream filled only around 30% of the cup, and the drink wasn't blended properly there were icy chunks. The burgers are great here, fries are mediocre, but what I don’t like at all is how they will not look at any additives or substitutions. Most other locations will ensure I’ve gotten extra pickles or lettuce as requested but this location does not. Even additions that you pay for (ex. I added hot fudge to a McFlurry which is a .30 cent up charge), they will not add. Although it doesn’t seem like much, those cents do add up over time. If you go to this location, only order menu items and DO NOT pay for extra things that they won’t include.

This restaurant just opened its doors! The interior is stunning and has a very spacious feel. I ordered the Artisan Chicken, and it not only looks fantastic but tastes amazing too! Even though it's close to 100 degrees outside, the strong air conditioning makes for a comfortable dining experience. The soda fountain is well-chilled as well. I give two thumbs up for the food, service, comfort, and cleanliness!

This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I ordered two pies through the app, but when I arrived, they told me they were out of them and offered no assistance. This restaurant could benefit from better employee training. I've received the wrong order and cold food on multiple occasions, and it seems like there’s a lack of communication among the staff, which has resulted in long wait times.

I ordered Hamburger Happy Meal takeout through Mc D Apps.Got home, there is no Hamburger inside the Happy Meal box!!
