Bad customer service, i order a frappe coffee with a shot of expresso after 5 min they told me the expresso machine wasn't working but they can still make the frappe with out it, I said yes, but I didn't see any attempts to return my money from theexpresso shot, when I asked, they said the only way to get a refund is to cancel the order. And I was ok, so? I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager who took care of my children and me a few weeks ago. He truly went the extra mile by giving my kids toys and gift cards for free sandwiches for our next visit. We used those vouchers today when my mother and I came in for dinner. During our visit, the manager noticed that my kids were fascinated by the bug-themed toys, and upon learning that they had lost all their toys in a house fire, he generously offered them every available toy. I want to express my gratitude to this kind individual for his thoughtfulness. His small gesture meant the world to our family.
I’ve never had any issues until tonight, December 10th at 3:30 AM, when I tried to file a complaint. A lady refused to give me her name and argued with me for almost 10 minutes, insisting that McDonald’s was closed. However, according to Google, this location is open 24/7. It’s disappointing—I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been delivering for a while, and this is the first time I’ve had a problem with this particular McDonald’s. We need employees who want to work. Instead of arguing, she should have just started preparing the order as she eventually did—only because she realized I was right. SMH!
If I could give zero stars I would. I was there waiting for my order in the lobby for 1hr and 45mins. I didn't ask much it was just the spicy chicken sandwich. I just keep seeing people come and go ask for their refund since they got tired of waiting. Igot tired of waiting and got my refund. From all the multiple people they got there, you would of expect to go faster but nowrong. It's not the first time either I have gotten multiple times there and they always always mess up the order or gotta waitfor a while to get your order.

This location can get quite busy depending on the day and time, and like with most places, it's always wise to double-check your order for accuracy, but overall they're pretty reliable. My only issue was that the kids' drink was only about 70% full, likely due to the automated drink dispenser not being properly calibrated.
Fantastic! I love the extra-large seating available at this McDonald's—it's something I haven't seen at any other location. As a big guy, it perfectly accommodates me. Plus, the menu offers a great variety to choose from. Thank you, McDonald's!
Zero star is more then enough for those guys. There is no service at all bad management, bad worker, bad and and If you wanna my advice, don't go there save your time and money
