There's a guy who works at the pick-up drive-thru window, and he never fails to put a smile on my face. He's incredibly friendly and pleasant. For instance, instead of the usual “thanks” followed by a window closure, he genuinely says, “Thank you, Ma’am, have the best day!” It’s truly a wonderful example of going above and beyond in customer service. I’ll update my review once I find out his name because he really deserves recognition for his hard work and the way he handles rude customers with such grace—like the woman behind me who was honking due to a lunch break.
