Worst customer service!!!I ordered my food on the app, about $45 worth. Once I arrived, I received a notification that they charged my debit card. I gave them my order number at the drive thru and they stated they never got it. I showed my receipt on the app stating I had paid for my food and that I was at the correct location. They refused to give us the food we paid for. A minute later the app said thank you for your order. Which only sends when you “pick up” your food! The over night manager said “I don’t know what you want me to do” “I am doing my job”I just can’t give you almost $50 worth of food. Ordered $50 worth of food on the mobile app. The manager stated they couldn’t find the order even with proof of paying and the proper McDonald’s location. The manager said that they have nothing to do with the app and refused to give me her name. She also stated that this happens all the time. Prompting me to ask why she still does have a solution to the issue besides telling people to call a number that she doesn’t even know. Good help is obviously hard to come by these days.

I was not yet in this mcdonald’s and young I was surprised that it was absolutely incredibly clean and definitiw updated. I was really happy when I saw the bright tables and the super awesome booster seats like happy meals. despite the fact that they were from the adult happy meals, that was still delicious and they did a good job to make sure it was nice and fast. I could also get a Coca-Cola slumber and that was 10 out of 10. I will definitely return to this place!

The Night Shift manager was incapable of doing her job. We had paid for an order on the mobile app. Showed proof we paid for it and would not give us our food. Somehow the code wasn’t going through. And she wasn’t able to do anything about it. And just told us to call McDonald’s and look for the number somewhere on google. But corporate was closed. She just shut the window and left. It is McDonald's you pay for what you get of course it is not fine dining but a place you can get a meal with a ton of calories. LOL places like this is why America is the fattest country in the world. Would have to say the french fries are excellent.Food: 4/5

these are the best mcdonalds in the opposite! the personal is super definitiw gold standard! I travel all day for work so I hit all mcdonalds locally, but this is my home mcdonalds and it takes the cake! best prices and employees are great!

i've always had great experience here! i use the mobile app and get right thru the line w/ ease. food is always hot mccafé drinks right. juan is the manager and he is the best! Reserva una mesa ahora

grandkids love mcdonalds menu. I have burger, chicken bugs and fries for them. oh yes. and vanille shakes .. eating was good, the service was great. food: 5/5

Clean and friendly staff. It's McDonald’s food so not much to write home about. Freshly made and hot fries. Came here at the request of the childern
