Awful experience... The fries were cold and lacked salt—they should have been freshly made. The McNuggets were disappointing as well. I ordered a McDouble without pickles or mustard, but when I asked for mayo, I was told I would have to pay extra for it. To top it off, I didn't receive any napkins or a receipt. I placed my order through the app and went through the drive-thru. Just so you know, Monett offers much better service.
The McDonald's in Aurora, Missouri, is easily the worst one I've ever visited. About a month ago, I ordered a fish sandwich and waited 27 minutes to receive it. I returned tonight and, incredibly, it still took 17 minutes to get my fish sandwich. They didn't offer any apology for the delays, and to make matters worse, the bun on the sandwich was as hard as a rock. I honestly can't understand how this place remains in business.
This is the second time we order delivery here in Aurora and the first time they gave me a cold coffee when I asked for a hot it’s freezing out here. This time they missed 2 hash browns a burrito and again my coffee. It’s everything alright over there? Are guys I doing drugs or party because definitely you guys are doing something but not your job . What a mess of store
I placed my order online 35 minutes before I arrived at the drive-thru. However, when I got there, it took them 4 minutes just to ask for my online order code. After that, we waited an additional 27 minutes for my food. This is absolutely ridiculous! Reserva una mesa ahora
Very rude ordered 4 m doubles and 10 chicken nuggets they was having a hard time hearing me. And when I spoke up some idiot screamed at me and said don't talk to her employees like that. All I did was spoke up.Very
Good food and decent prices but truth be told you're better off in and placing your order then going through drive thru because they're liable to screwed up
