After a long hard days work, a ski team (composed of the most deserving and caring people I know) needed a place to to rest and recharge. It was approximately 8:10 when we arrived at this institution. The tiring effort of rounding those red-blue red-blue gates would be rewarded with nothing but refusal. I would like to make my comment that this McDonald's location is incredibly dependable. Throughout my course on the ski team, whenever we've gone to a race in this area; mostly referring to Titcomb Mountain, we have visited. Nearly each and every time they have been able to deliver both racers and coaches a decent meal in a timely manner, which is something that this location should be proud of. There has been only one occasion in the multiple years that we have visited that in which the location was understaffed, and therefore unable to serve the entirety of the team, however all online orders and a significant portion of the over 30 person team was still delivered their food, even with con...
My ski team had toiled for hours in the cold, our suffering only to be relieved by the delicious, savory taste of McDonald’s products. However, much to our disappointment, an unpleasant man who identified himself as the manager told us, “This isn’t gonna work.” According to his statements, they simply did not have enough people to serve us. We have dined here several times over the past few years, and it has never been an issue. The differing variable? This man. I urge McDonald’s to seek out more competent management, people who idealize customer satisfaction.
Never ever get my order right. How hard is only pickles. I always get everything but pickles so the opposite. 4th time. Now u lose my business . 4 times I've had to throw over priced burgers away.
