It was my first time at that McDonald's, and I used the drive-thru. They were quite busy; I had to wait behind a car that placed a massive order—30 Quarter Pounders, 30 Big Macs, and more. I thought I would be stuck waiting forever! However, I only had to wait about 10-15 minutes. The service was impressive; as soon as the car in front paid, they got their food right away, and my experience was just as quick. I ordered a meal combo and a $1 large drink through the app, and I was really impressed by how fast everything was.
It was the firat time i was at that McDonald and it was a drive through. They were busy as i waited the car in front order an order that was or sounded huge when i heard 30 quarter pounder 30 big Mac and many more like that i thought i was going waithere forever. I did waited in line behind that car about 10-15 minute. The serves was was as soon as they paid they got theirfood it was the same for me just a meal combo and a $1 large on the app. Fast real fast i we as impress
Only once in this place, with my experience much better than the homeland. The Local Deluxe Platter with spam, Portuguese sausage, egg and rice ordered. All articles were hot, fresh and delicious! The drive-thru was busy at the time, but running very efficiently. I had my food within 10-15 seconds after ordering on the big screen. I miss the Local Deluxe Platter when I drive back to mainland:
Large Fries and Filet O Fish. Both barely warm. Large fries only half filled in container. Fish was dry and seems to be smaller than they used to be. Over $8. Service was extremely slow. I hated to waist money, but I threw most of the fries away. My 3rd time visiting a McDonald's in Hawaii at different locations. Every time, it has tasted awful. Nothing like in the Mainland.

Long lines. This is one of the busiest on the island, it seems like. But I gotta say, this McDonalds rarely ever makes a mistake and the food is consistently good. I like this location, despite the long lines. And their workers here are super friendly andactually looks like they like their job.
McDonald's in this location provides excellent service that is both fast and professional. The food is served at the appropriate temperatures, and the taste is consistently great, meeting McDonald's standards. I find myself visiting about every two to three weeks.
I have to share that this McDonald's trip was not great. Line up was long, slow, my order was wrong in several ways, had to wait 10 min. for an egg McMuffin, and in the end I got an extra hashbrown. Not a typical McDonald's experience.
I had the deluxe breakfast, and it was fantastic. It was much better than the one I had in Waikiki, where the rice was mushier. I ordered at the kiosk inside, and the process was straightforward and quick.

The best fast food chain in America consistently gets better over the years. The breakfast is good and the lunch and dinner are great. Love it. Mahalo and aloha
