I ordered Doordash. The order arrived on time. The dasher did fine. The soda and the burgers were good. But the 20pc nugget and the Mcchicken were VERY old. Rubbery and gross. My friend and I came here for lunch today, and we did our order on the mobile app. We waited inside for our order the employees saw us sitting there waiting as well. Dirty. The soda fountain drip trays are not draining properly and one looks like it has wet mold in it. All of the fountains look crusty and unwashed. Garbage bags sitting by the entrance. Lids, straws and ketchup cups were not stocked. If I had seen all that when I went in, I would not have ordered. Then my cheeseburgers looked old and sad. The strawberry pie wasn 't much better. Over the past 10 months, this McDonald's has really declined. Most of the staff has changed, and there are only two familiar faces left, and I'm grateful for them. I've been visiting this location for lunch four times a week for the past 10 years, and I’ve always enjoyed it. However, since the new ownership took over, the quality has dropped significantly. I’m concerned that the new management doesn't have what it takes to run the place properly. I hope the new owners can make the necessary improvements and bring in the right people. Thank you.
Walked over from my hotel. All doors are closed... No signs saying dine-in is not an option. I called and they said it was open inside. I told whoever picked up all 3 doors on the side were closed. Then the person stated that he doesn't run theshots and that it looks like the manager closed all the doors for no reason and then said I couldnt come back to eat inside bcthey were understaffed. There were no cars in drive thru and no signage and the staff clearly doesn't know what's going on.. What the f! Do better and Get it together!
Whole staff is RUDE!! I handed the young girl my payment and said thank you then she just shut the door on me then when I went to the next window a girl handed me my food without my drink slammed the door I honked a young man comes to the window hands memy drink I try to say thank you again and he slams the window on me too. Fast food workers have to deal with a lot of angrycustomers but when someone is trying to be kind , it?s really easy to be kind back.
If sweet tea is on the menu AND I asked if it was sweet tea before you handed to me and you say yes , I figured you got it correct.. Dont expect them to get it right. This has happened more than 4 times in 2-weeks. Check all your food at the windowbefore you leave! Who wants a non-sweet tea?
