To the franchise owner. At this location has a manager that has NO CARE for the STAFF and the customers.At 10:40 am EST 9/14/2022 A MANAGER DROPS A CUP OF COFFEE AND LEAVES IT ON THE FLOOR WHERE EMPLOYEES NEED TO WALK BACK AND FORTH. I then asked the manger for an order and she stated it 's not on the priority list. So I asked Is the coffee you dropped a priority ? She went on doing other duties. Terrible EXPERIENCE
manager erica in the morning says they only do cash only which is fine. But they make prices up from there head yesterday it was $5 today $5.50 and the other day $6 stop making up prices they’re probably pocketing the money on top of that I dsw rat in the drive thru don’t go here take the drive to orange where people are competent.
For this to be in the hood I love this place it's always clean and the ladies in here are always polite and friendly keep up the good work ladies, it doesn't cost nothing to be friendly to the customers trust mi???Food: 5/5

coffee in the drive through, coffee was cold went into it made a brand new pot coffee I waited about 10 minutes until then my hot apple cake was dead cold he apologised
very beautiful lady on the window, only the person that prepared my chicken sandwich put too much of the white sauce on her.
