I experienced terrible customer service from the drive-thru employee today at 4:28 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she refused to accept my coupon, despite me showing her the terms. She just kept rolling her eyes and saying, “The machine doesn’t take it,” without even listening to me. It wasn’t just the issue with the coupon; it was her awful attitude. When I tried to explain, she simply shut the window on me, leaving me waiting in the drive-thru. Absolutely awful service.
The food I received was completely cold and prepared incorrectly. I ordered a plain burger but got it with everything on it instead. The fries were also cold, and I didn't even receive the McChicken I ordered. When I went back to address the issue, the staff was indifferent and dismissive, refusing to replace any items. They just acted high and mighty and shrugged it off. Save your money and go to a different location; this McDonald's isn't worth it! The manager is terrible.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered five items, but only four were delivered. When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone hung up on me without saying a word. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with missing food. I’m really not satisfied with their delivery service.
My order was $20.80 and they charge my card $24.95 and when I took it to the manager, the manager told me because it was off 1 minute from the receipt to my transaction on my bank that it was wrong that it was not that transaction and when I asked. I've traveled throughout the Midwest, and without a doubt, this is the cleanest and most sanitary McDonald's I've visited, thanks to the wonderful staff working there. Great job, everyone! A big thank you to upper management and all the employees for making this such a pleasant dining experience!
This restaurant really stands out. It features a spacious indoor play area for kids, along with plenty of tables for parents. The place is quite clean and not overly crowded. The food is typical, nothing out of the ordinary.
The only bad thing was that they were promoting a new sauce that they gave with some Nuggets but when you asked for them they didn't give it to you why isn't there that was the only thing But it's a good place to take the
Don't get dirty, I ordered two cheeseburgers and they gave them to me without cheese ???the pure meat alone with bread ? so I don't know why they are called cheeseburgers ???????? Reserva una mesa ahora
This is one of the rare restaurants that has an indoor playground. My grandson absolutely loves coming here!
