When my daughter opened her crispy chicken sandwiches she discovered there was cheese on them… #1 she doesn’t eat cheese #2 if she did the cheese was hard and looked like plastic and the sandwiches smelled awful… working at the Golden Arch in my teenage years lead me to believe these we left in the food warming area and more then likely someone else’s old order.If weren’t in a rush to dance class we would have turned around so they could have made it right also if this was a one time thing; cool, stuff happens but this specific McDonald’s constantly drops the ball messing up orders and forgetting parts of your order.Do better McD’s!

it's mcdonalds. this place, pretty good. the order was correct. only minor constructive criticism is that the 1/4-peter with cheese and speck received saw nothing as advertised. the reason why I ordered it and paid more for a burger is on the menu pictures. not even close. c’mon mc’d’s. corporate nonsense. repair their products. otherwise the service was fast and accurate.

We have had a series of disappointing experiences with our last 5 orders from this restaurant, so much so that I have decided to prohibit my family from returning here. We now prefer to visit a different McDonald's location, as the quality and service at this one has been steadily declining. With so many other McDonald's to choose from, it's best to go elsewhere.

I will never go to this place again, first they would take 20-30 minutes, just to give me my order, then they ruin my friends order, because they gave him a wet bag, the spilled all his food on the floor, I ate her mcchik, which gave me food poisoning and ended me almost to go to the sick house, because as painful my dear.

they skimped out on my fries right in front of me and never bothered to hand me a cup for my drink. they were not busy whatsoever lol. the lobby was empty and so was the drive thru. im pretty sure it was the manager on duty who did it, so thanks for that bro. now im even more depressed and down a diet coke lmaoo.

I usually get very good service, but not this visit. they ordered me for someone else, then said I didn't pay when I was just paying the cash in the first window my card. as soon as she found out what no excuses were at all. they have returned my card, but now I have to wait for it.

Only one problem. Did not receive an apology for being served a cold Egg McMuffin. Employee delivered a freshly made replacement but did not say, for example, I'm sorry about the cold Egg McMuffin. Here's a fresh one

I went with my friends yesterday to this place and they got the whole order wrong !. They forget our chicken nuggets and the sauce. So, when we went back to get the nuggets and the sauce the manager was very rude.

Terrific staff, two order windows, got my special order right!!! Clean looking, well-kept outside, can sit outside and dine on property! That alone is pretty cool!

Visited to celebrate McTeacher night for Glendale Elementary School. Greeted by all staff encountered. All had a pleasant experience.
