The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's. The staff is very friendly and quick to serve. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Some of the seating is smeared with dried liquids, and there are remnants of spilled food and sauces under some of the tables. It's primarily annoying that customers don't clean this up themselves immediately, but I would expect the service team to conduct checks from time to time. McDonald's has a reputation for being somewhat grubby, so they should start working on dispelling this image. Otherwise, the new branding is very nicely and comfortably implemented.
Worse than before! A disaster. You're lucky if a) your order is complete and b) it even arrives at your table. The staff is unmotivated and slouches about, and hygiene in this newly opened restaurant is practically nonexistent. A brand new feature: the burgers are arranged at an angle, making eating them a truly hilarious adventure. Special requests are ignored for the sake of convenience. Ice cubes at -5 degrees Celsius outside make perfect sense, of course. On the plus side: the sticky floor prevents slipping.
Zuletzt auf der Durchreise vor circa einem Jahr hier gewesen. In Erinnerung geblieben, sind mir damals die Mega leckeren und offensichtlich in frisch gebackenen Pommes. Heute wieder Besuch und hatte schon befürchtet, dass das einfach nur Glück war, aber erneut absolut leckere Pommes frischer heißer Burger und Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich. Ich kann dir einen Sterne Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Vor allem der Post mit dem angeblich schlechten Cheeseburger. Es gibt hier keine Tische in der grauen Farbe.
Everyone knows you always get cold, stale meat and cold fries at McDonald's... But... The fact that they've now halved the size of the McSundae is just outrageous. It looks like a trial pack. Their explanation is that all the packaging has changed... Probably mostly to reduce the portion sizes. Because of corporations like yours, I hope the VAT isn't reduced back to 7% at the end of the year so you can shove even more money down your throats!

Auch wenn wir uns zu 80 gesund und ausgewogen ernähren: 1 2 x im Monat muss einfach McDonalds sein! Im Sommer draußen, wenn's kälter wird, drin. Die Qualität ist gleichbleibend gut! Wir nutzen die SB Terminals mit Kartenzahlung und Tischservice. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind auch zu Stoßzeiten freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. wenn der Terminal mal den Gutscheincode nicht akzeptiert). Deshalb: immer wieder gerne!
Soweit alles in Ordnung gewesen, haben im MC Donals bestellt, über den Terminal, mit den Codes über die App recht einfach und sparsamer, nach Bestellung war das Essen auch schnell da, was ich aber schade fand das nicht alles bestellte an den Tisch gebracht wurde, leider mussten wir fehlendes essen nach ordern, was aber anstandslos getan wurde. Im groben und ganzen fühlten wir uns wohl da.
This is the second time today that I've received regular Chicken McNuggets instead of the McPlant Nuggets I ordered. I've never had this problem at any other branch, only here. It's really disappointing, especially since the products keep getting more expensive. At least you should get what you pay for.
I really can't understand some of the negative comments. The burgers are almost always fresh, delicious, and hot. Of course, sometimes something isn't perfect, but that's perfectly normal. The excellent cleanliness and the friendly, helpful staff are particularly noteworthy. I always enjoy coming here!

Grade haben wir bestellt und waren sehr überrascht das es so schnell ging... Zum Glück bin ich einer von denen die gerne Cheeseburger mit Mayo esse weil sonst hätte ich naja
