This McDonald's in King of Prussia serves the typical menu found at all their locations. The dine-in area was closed during the pandemic but has recently reopened. Most customers prefer to use the drive-thru, which can get busy at times, though the line usually moves quickly. You can also order through the app for pickup; just park in a designated spot, and an employee will bring your food to your car. The app often features daily deals, so it's a good idea to check back regularly. Currently, they are promoting the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets; we tried the nuggets, and they were quite tasty.
Every now and then you come across people in the fast food industry that are leaps and bounds better than most and today 12/9 around 5:50 I had the pleasure of dealing with Jahod (I apologize for the spelling if incorrect) And he’s definitely one of those kinds of people. Keep up the good attitude and attentiveness and I assure you that you’ll go far in life young man. I’m not a person that leaves reviews but felt the need after this trip. I hope someone in management acknowledges this young man
This McCafe is one of the newer locations and features a beautiful interior. They've introduced automated cashier systems, allowing customers to place their orders, take a table card, and wait for their food. This setup seems to have reduced some of the pressure on the staff, as the restaurant is consistently clean and my food is served quickly. The drive-thru is also efficient; I haven't had any issues there.
It could have easily been a five-star experience if they had included the correct sandwiches. I was excited to see bacon, egg, and cheese bagels on the menu again, but instead, they sent steak and onion sandwiches that nobody wanted, so they ended up in the trash. I was offered credits, but it still felt like a waste. I really hope they double-check orders, as the delivery drivers do not seem to. Reserva una mesa ahora
The driver waited at the restaurant for 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, instead of a Crunch Double Cheeseburger, I got a regular Double Cheeseburger along with a box of nuggets. I had no idea I was expected to assemble my own sandwiches! Next time, I’d prefer if they just delivered a raw hamburger so I could cook it myself—it would be much hotter anyway!
