Tried to go to this McDonald?s today and done inside and let my daughter play on their play place but they had the doors locked and a one of the workers inside was telling me they where closed inside. Mind you while telling me that there are people dininginside waiting on their food and kids playing in the play place . No note on the door as to why the inside is locked or nothing. So my daughter who is upset is crying by the door and I?m trying to make her feel better and get her to leave and the employeeis still gesturing to me that they are close . They refused to let me use the restroom. I've loved McDonald's for many years. I'm 74 and have prostate cancer, and I urgently needed to use the bathroom—it was painful. I tried to explain my situation, but the employee wouldn’t allow me to go in. Why was he so rude? Is this now the policy at McDonald's? I don’t believe so. I intended to buy food afterward, and you know what? I ended up purchasing through the drive-thru. I still love McDonald's. One rude employee won't tarnish the legacy of Ray Kroc. I ordered through the app and was greeted warmly at the drive-thru menu board. However, when I reached the window to pick up my food, I felt rushed. Unfortunately, the fries were quite disappointing—old, cold, and looked like they'd been left under the heat lamp for too long. We didn't have time to address the issue, so we ended up not eating them. Additionally, our sandwiches were not made as requested. It might have just been an off night, as I've generally had good experiences at this location.
During the pandemic, many McDonald's locations have restricted access to their dining rooms, prioritizing drive-thru service. This appears to be a convenient business decision for them. However, I drive a vehicle that doesn't navigate the drive-thru very well, and if there's a mistake with a special order, it's often difficult to rectify. As a result, I've chosen to focus on other restaurants during this time.

You really need to fill my cup to the brim! The manager on duty could use some training. She definitely needs to keep her comments to herself. If she had focused more on my order instead of being sarcastic, it might have come out correctly. The food was mediocre, and the sweet tea tasted like brown water.
The staff inside were not wearing masks, which I didn’t appreciate. The menu is quite small and hard to read, especially for older customers or those without glasses. The food is just okay, but I do like their app and the good coupon deals they offer.
I love this McDonald's because they have fast service and their food is so fresh! Loving every minute of it. They also have very clean restrooms and they're dining area is spacious and clean. they have plenty of parking including handicapped outside.
This restaurant frequently makes mistakes with orders. It also treats its young employees poorly and serves food that is not clean.

Took the kids to play a while. 2 hours later the played, made friend and had happy meals. I always enjoy this place.
