I would not go here ever again. When I go here I try to order food without cheese on it and they like to charge me for the cheese even though I don't get it. I know it's a small thing but really I try to very calmly tell them please I just want regular hamburgers and they still charge me for cheeseburgers. It's a very disappointing thing now I have to travel to another McDonald's in Elwood that knows how to charge people the right amount of money for what they get. The manager Erica that is there is totally useless and not helpful at all she needs to learn how to maybe train her staff because I don't know how she's allowed to keep her job
I recently visited McDonald's and was impressed by the quality and affordability of the food. While it is a fast-food restaurant, the service I received from the staff was exceptional. I visited the restaurant on October 16th at 9pm and the workers were incredibly friendly and personable. One employee even went above and beyond by alerting us to a large bug on the roof of our car. Overall, I would give this McDonald's location a 5-star rating, thanks to the outstanding staff and great service.
I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald's! The establishment is extremely tidy and lovely, with excellent service and attractive surroundings. They have convenient self-service kiosks, and the staff is always available to assist if needed. The employees are incredibly friendly, and the building has a charming resemblance to a house rather than a typical McDonald's.
This place went on all cylinders. Mangers show excellent communication with all employees. They also show perfect gentlemen for all customers. The food is hot and fresh and tastes excellent. Even if this place is dug on the Veteran Day, the foot comes as fast as it should and keeps the great taste McDonalds lives up.

I recently visited a McDonald's after not having been to one for a few years. It was the cleanest and most well-managed McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. Great job, guys!

had a situation. order them via the app and was there 2 minutes behind the deadline for the breakfast. they have not honoured the command. has lowered my rating.
it's so slow. Do not try to use mobile app as they wait 15-20 minutes for a single cheeseburger and pommes. terrible service. avoid this local food: 3/5

the food was warm and bland no taste, they forgot a part of my order too. I will not go back there
