Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Customer service these days has really taken a dive. I go through drive-thru, and the lady comes on the speaker and says, Welcome to McDonald 's. Are you collection points? I replied no I am not. She then asks, So then what do you want? Laughs and then corrects herself and says, What can I get for you? I ordered and proceeded to the window. 2 ladies standing there trying to hold in their laugh, they take my payment, and one of them covers her mouth while running to the back.Is this how the service industry trains their staff to deal with customers? I 'm not looking for a 5* rating at McDonald 's but the least they can do is train their staff to politely ask their customers what can I get for...

These guys are useless in the drive thru. All they care about is getting you off their timer pad. Zero concern for getting your order right. Even when you confirm things at the speaker and they have it punched in right they still put the wrong items in the bag and they still miss items. But they're in too much of a hurry so you don't get a receipt and without a receipt they won't help you because they never answer the phone when you call to try and get it fixed up. Recommend saying no when they ask you to pull away from the window before you double check everything.

When I was waiting in front of the counter, there was nobody there. There was not busy at that time, and I saw the girls was talking too much around the corner. What is the customer service? They don’t care about the customer.
