Basic standard McDonald's menu with nothing spectacular. I am not surer how healthy the food is when considerations for sugar and salt and sodium content are made. Ask questions for these items. Muffins with a tea or coffee drink is supposed to be a bargain. Cold food was not uncommon from what I heard people seated nearby discuss. We did not order much muffins and coffee or tea for a drink together with our sandwiches that we brought with us. Sometimes orders are mistakes and need to be corrected but without letting the customer to step back in line ahead of others who have been waiting there to be able to place their order. It was 32C so the cool interior of this location was very appealing. MacDonald's has introduced remote ordering locations inside that allows you to select what you want and how you want it. That order is directed to the kitchen staff who starts the prep and reduces the time you stand in line. I still prefer the warm smile and personal interaction. Our order was competed quickly and efficiently. We found our table and were surprised to see the manager walking from table to table greeting customers and regulars and checking on the order and the quality of the food to ensure they were satisfied. We used to go in for a ice cream or a coffee and muffin, and they would give it to you right away. Nothing has to be cooked , everything is right there, but you now have to wait your turn while who ever is ahead of you with there big meals, gets theirs first. Waiting for a ice cream cone for 10 or more minutes is just stupid. When the girl came around to ask how things were, she didn't want to hear anything bad. We asked how can you think this is a better system. She said everyone is happy with it.? Won't be back

There are no surprises here. This is a well-run McDonald's. It's very clean (including the washrooms) and good service. The automated order machines all worked well and it appeared the staff making the orders were very busy- lots of hustle.Even during a busy lunch the staff was friendly. There is a greeter who made you feel welcome too. I have stopped here many times for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner and never had a bad experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

When you visit a large corporate fast food establishment, you typically know what you're going to get from service to quality of food....well i was surprised. I've passed this location several times when travelling through and optd to stop this time and give it a try. Service was excellent, the food was hot, fresh and probably the best prepared that I've ever had at a McDonalds. I'm definitely going to drop in again when I pass through.

It's McDonald's.The chain was originally founded by Mac and Dick McDonald. They named one of the burgers after one of the brothers (the Big Mac). If they served hot dogs, they could name them after the other brother.Anyway, I like their fries and the Mighty Angus. I wish they had a better drink machine. The way that the ordering works now is a bit annoying. I don't like they guy who walks around and asks if everything is great.

I work late night In Napanee once a week. And I always stop at mcdonalds bc it's open. normally when I go, there's at least one or two cars in front of me. When I get my food, it's.always ice cold or tastes like it's been sitting a while. Yep, it's late but come on, really? So bc I work late, I can't have fresh food? Otherwise no complaints. Friendly staff

This is the worst mcdonalds ever for service. Noon can comprehend what a double double is...more than once I had all the sugar at the bottom of the cup....never ever have I had as many issues as when I come here. Unfortunately it is the only one in the area that I work... Reserva una mesa ahora

Have come here with large groups multiple times late at night. Just note that even though the drive through is open 24 hours, the restaurant section is only open until 11AM at night. except Friday night where it's open until midnight (12AM)

We stopped in today as the coffee is free this week, nice clean restaurant. The washroom was squeaky clean!
