Be prepared for a wait at this restaurant. We waited up to 20 minutes at times, with an average wait of 12-15 minutes. The downside is once you commit to the drive-thru line, you are stuck. There was one instance where we waited 10 minutes after placing our order and then decided to leave, as it was ridiculous. It is also important to double-check your orders, as in a span of 7 visits, we had missing items or the wrong order 6 times. It almost feels like a joke to mess up orders. The management does not seem to care, as I filled out online surveys each time without any follow-up. I would recommend saving your time and sanity and going to McDonald's Laprairie instead.

McDonald's Restaurant located at 21679 7450 Taschereau Blvd. in Brossard, QC J4W 1M9. Date visited: 12/01/2019 at 2:45 PM. The service was terrible, with one cashier appearing to be in training and a long line of customers waiting for their turn. It took almost 15-20 minutes before we were able to place our order. When I asked to speak to the manager to request another cashier, he didn't even acknowledge us. Overall, very poor management at this location.

We visited the restaurant last Friday evening at 8:45. Every table was dirty and there was trash on the floor. The employees were chatting and seemed unconcerned about the overflowing trash cans and the overall mess in the restaurant. It took fifteen minutes to get our two Big Mac meals and 20 McNuggets. It appears that there is a lack of management at this particular location.

This is one of the worst McDonald's on the South Shore. Service is not real good or at least the numbers of time I have been. Always check your orders before leaving if you go threw the drive in. The last 3 times that I have been, my orders was not what I ask for.

Everything here is cold. Why does the sign say the two lanes are always opened for ordering when it is often only one like today. What a terrible McDonald’s

Live the new McDonalds since the renovation. I had a Big Mac, it had been a while but it's so good, a standard. With a large fry, they are so good!

Typical MacDonalds with good kids area. Clean with good service and plenty of room to sit. Lots of parking and a dual drive through.

The service at this McDonald's location is the slowest ever. Whether it be drive-thru or at the counter. Whatever time of the day.

Slowest service I have ever seen at McDonalds. Employees standing around talking while customers wait.
