If the restaurant was packed, slow service would be understandable. However, we were the last customers in the store and still did not receive our meal in a timely manner. Having our food left on the bench to go cold is unacceptable. "I will bring it to your table" should be the standard for service. This franchise would be ripe for an episode of Undercover Boss.

Not really a good idea to stop for a lunch at this McDonald. They don't really care about the customer because they have plenty. The chips were cold and not the right quantity, we ordered and paid for large chips and received medium quantity in large container. They did not even had the tray to give us the food as we requested to eat there.

If you and your children are looking for a quick meal, this is a good option. We tried both breakfast and dinner at this restaurant in Mt Druitt. They didn't have the same promotions as in New Zealand. The breakfast and McCafe coffee were decent. There were many school kids in the morning and plenty of seating available.

This restaurant is clean, friendly, and fast. It is open 24 hours and has a Mc Cafe. It upholds the usual high standard of cleanliness expected at McDonald's, including the bathroom areas.
