McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

I paid $5 for a McFlurry that I couldn't even eat! I have a gluten allergy and I usually order the McFlurry because the spoon used to stir it is safe from contamination. However, this time they used wooden spoons without asking, mixing it with the same mixer as other orders. The employee assured me they wash the spoon every time, but then admitted he has never seen it done. He did not offer a replacement or confirm if it was washed. It is unlikely they would wash a plastic spoon between each McFlurry. The service was terrible and I want a refund. It was a waste of time to drive there and not even receive something I could eat.

We picked up some Happy Meals from this McDonalds as it is close to our hotel.The food was fresh. The McNuggets were fairly fresh and still warm. The fries were hot and seem like they came out of the fryer recently. The kids love the food, so that's all that matters.I liked that they could choose milk with their milk instead of defaulting to pop only.Kid-friendliness: Happy Meals for Kids

Waited on drive thru almost 10 min and no answer so I thought they are closed then check in window people was working went back again on drive thru again and order food came home fries was cold order quarter pound with cheese they forget to put any sauce just terrible customer service night staff is bad in here closed drive thru when they feel like it

I work a late job and don't drive. 10 minutes before 11pm your door are regularly locked. Any business I've worked for that's a huge no no as you're turning away customers. I place my order and show up before 11 and have no way to get it. No one will pick up the phone at all. Extremely unprofessional Reserva una mesa ahora

Had an experience where their bank machine was down after midnight, we drove all over Parksville to find an open bank machine and couldn't. We came back and explained the situation only to be denied our food. Rather than comp our meal they chose to throw it away.

I was driving a truck at 2 am. in the morning, and it was too big for the drive-through. Ordered through the app. The lady was kind enough to serve us on the window.

I rarely eat here but I had two 1/4 lbers last night and they were the best McDonald's sandwiches I've ever had. Excellent job, night shift.

Food was pretty good, but the service was okay, workers didn't seem thrilled to even be working.

Cleanest property I've seen....only 4 stars as had iced coffee only, good but too much ice.
