During my commute to work today, I decided to stop by the drive-thru to grab breakfast for my team. I ordered five McGriddles, but as I drove away and checked my order, I was surprised to find that one of them was a Sausage McMuffin. Upon further inspection, I realized that all five items were actually Sausage McMuffins. I quickly turned around and went inside to resolve the issue. Since I hadn't taken my receipt, I didn't realize that my order had been rung up as Sausage McMuffins. I stopped by for a quick meal after a long day, and unfortunately, my experience at the drive-thru was quite unpleasant. The woman at the window was very disrespectful. After placing my order, I drove to the next window to pay for my food. When she handed me my change, she dropped half of it on the ground and just stared at me. She then quickly closed the drive-thru window, and as she did, I could hear her laughing and mentioning to someone else that she had dropped the change. I am truly shocked by the level of disrespect from the night shift staff here.
I did curbside pickup, and the employee who brought out my meal was very professional. He even suggested that if I needed extra ketchup, I could either drive through the window to get some or he could fetch it for me. Since I was in a hurry, he had some on hand, which was enough for me. To the young man who delivered my lunch, keep up the good work! You reminded me of my own experience working in fast food at your age, and it’s clear you’re getting the right training.

The restaurant is amazing! They have a special area for kids, featuring a fun magical table where they can play. Plus, you can charge your mobile devices—just make sure to bring your USB cable. The staff is exceptional and always speedy with orders. I really hope they consider offering a delivery service!
There was no sweet tea offered, and I was charged extra for a glass of water. My order of 20 chicken nuggets only came with 16, the fries were cold, and the burger was just average. Overall, the experience was rather unimpressive.
The restaurant appears very appealing both from the outside and the inside. I don't have any comments about the service since it was my first visit and I didn't encounter any issues. Overall, I would rate the place 4 stars.
Have not been in a McDonald's in years, but had no choice. Hate the kiosk ordering. That is not customer service. If I ever go again, will do the drive thru.
