Worst McDonald's in Brampton. Possibly worst in the GTA that I've been to. Went for sundaes at the drive-thru and either they didn't have any or their soft serve machine was broken. So I ordered a large fry instead. Nothing else. Paid at the first window, 2 cars ahead of us, guess their orders were taking longer than usual. Waited behind those 2 cars for about 10-12 minutes. By the time we got to the window to get our food my fries were almost completely cold. The person at the drive-thru window actually handed it to me like that was acceptable. As a frequent customer with a McDonald's account to prove my loyalty, I was disappointed with the behavior of the manager on duty at this location on September 23, 2023 at 2pm. During my visit, I witnessed the manager berating an employee who had called in sick and pressuring them to come in to work. This raised concerns about safety and sanitation for both the employees and customers. Despite my polite inquiry about the situation, the manager did not seem to acknowledge the potential risks of having sick employees working, nor did they address the hostile work environment created by their actions. I had a frustrating experience at your restaurant recently. I placed an order that was incomplete and had to make multiple trips back to McDonald's to get the correct items. Despite being promised a voucher for 10 chicken nuggets, when I returned to pick it up along with the rest of my order, I was told that someone else had already claimed it and they refused to give me the nuggets I had paid for. The customer service was poor, and the food I eventually received was cold and stale. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be ordering from your restaurant again.
Sarah was incredibly impolite and rude. She called my number, but didn't see me when I went up to get my order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I approached her and politely mentioned that I had been waiting for my order. Sarah cut me off rudely, saying that everyone was waiting. I pointed out that my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time. She then claimed she had called my number seven times, when in reality she had only called it twice. It was the most disrespectful interaction I have ever experienced.
