Okay…. So I made my order 25 mins ago. I waited in the drive thru for 12 fudging minutes. And then after the clock finally clicked to 11. (Which is supposed to be the time you close. the manager comes up to tell me that they don’t know how they’re going to make my food because now they’re closed…. I got here 12 minutes BEFORE they were supposed to close. So, now I’m out the money that I spent on getting food that I never even got. Worst. Customer. Service. I have EVER gotten from McDonald’s.
Okay, so I placed my order 25 minutes ago. I waited in the drive-thru for 12 frustrating minutes. Then, right as it hit 11 PM, which is their closing time, the manager came over and told me they didn’t know how they were going to prepare my food because they were now closed. I arrived 12 minutes before closing time. Now, I’ve lost the money I spent on food I never received. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at McDonald’s.
The drive-thru service at this restaurant is very disappointing. Our orders are frequently incomplete. Although the kind woman who handed us our food repeated my entire order, I didn't take the time to check it. Unfortunately, one of my kids ended up without their McDonald's meal. Additionally, the fries were cold and the apples in the Happy Meal were brown.
I want to speak directly to the management. If you plan to close your dining area, please ensure your signage is large and visible from the parking lot. The small sign was hard to read from inside the car. We only realized the dining room was closed because of a handwritten note in sharpie. Well done! Reserva una mesa ahora
This restaurant is outstanding. The front desk staff and servers are incredibly friendly, and the service is quick. While older reviews may have noted cleanliness issues, that's no longer the case. This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever visited!
Hey MANAGEMENT. If your going to close your dining room, how about you make your signage BIG enough to see from the parking lot.You have to leave your vehicle to read the darn thing. We left.DINING ROOM IS CLOSED. In sharpie marker. Perfect!!!
I've never had my coffee order messed up here, and I don't know what their secret is, but they make the best blueberry muffins at this place, I swear!
