McDonald's is a wonderful, nostalgic spot that brings back great memories, which is why I keep coming back. However, the downside is that the restaurant isn’t well maintained. I love these classic fast food places, but they require consistent property management and maintenance staff. A dirty, broken bathroom reflects poorly on both the staff and customers, impacting the overall experience. Despite this, the McDonald's menu remains a familiar and comforting choice.
I'm not sure what's going on at this McDonald's, but it's getting out of hand. Every time I order a Big Mac with no toppings, extra cheese, and extra meat, I never get it as I requested. I wait in line, place my order, and they repeat it back to me, yet what I receive is completely different. It's really frustrating. I used to enjoy coming here, but I think I need to stop; it's simply too inconvenient now.
I had an incredible experience at McDonald's, thanks to the outstanding service from their representatives. They truly embody the spirit of the brand. The food was delicious, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better McChicken. It was unbelievable—definitely a five-star experience! I would recommend this McDonald's over any other restaurant.
This restaurant consistently gets my breakfast orders right. If I ever find something missing, which is infrequent, they quickly prepare the missing item fresh and always apologize for the oversight, often offering a complimentary orange juice or coffee. Out of the four McDonald's I've visited in St. Paul, MN, this one stands out as the best. It has recently been remodeled and is well-maintained, with employees who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. This location could nearly be the perfect family restaurant—if only it had a play area for the kids.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever visited! Our food was served hot and fresh, and it was ready in no time. The place was extremely clean, and the customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and polite.
The cookies were outstanding, the fries were tasty, and the nuggets were enjoyable too. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try the double cheeseburger.

The nuggets were cold and as hard as rocks, and the fries had an odd taste. At least the quarter pounder was made correctly according to my instructions.
