Well... I guess it's time to say goodbye. This will be my final visit to Shar'els Cafe. Every other time I've been here has been enjoyable, and I thought it would be a great spot for a fun family gathering. But this time was different. The waitress (whose name I don't know because she never introduced herself) had a long grey ponytail braid and was incredibly loud and rude. She began by insulting my father, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and served him biscuits and gravy that looked like soupy gruel, topped with an undercooked egg. We enjoyed a delicious late breakfast at this restaurant. The menu had a wide variety of options, making it difficult to choose. We will definitely return, but we do wish they had dinner hours. Closing at 6:00 is too early for those who work late. There are not many restaurants in the area besides Burger King, which is not a dinner option for us. Please consider extending your hours. This was a topic of discussion at work - we appreciate your excellent food, but it would be helpful for those with early schedules to have the opportunity to dine at your establishment.

Small place incredibly busy usually, especially on weekends. Good young waitress, earned her 20% tip. Heard another olderpossible there isn't who you want to have wait on you so look for the younger waitresses if possible. Amazing breakfast options for the whole family. The servers were so friendly and great with kids. The service was exceptional.
